Hotel Website
A site that turns visitors into bookings
Home - Hotel WebsiteHotel Website
The hotel website is the first thing a guest sees — before the Booking.com photos, before the reviews. We build sites for small and mid-size hotels, family hotels and complexes that load fast on mobile, show rooms and rates clearly, and lead to a direct booking with no commission to the platforms. Multilingual interface, a fast gallery and a booking system connected from day one.
What every project includes
Reservation module or embedded booking engine / channel manager
A dedicated page per room type — photos, rates and amenities
Multilingual interface (BG, EN, DE and more on request)
A gallery optimised not to slow the site, plus Google Maps with directions
Hotel schema, Google Business Profile setup and technical SEO from the start
What we need from you
Room photography
Quality photos of each room type and the common areas. We can recommend a hotel photographer.
Room descriptions and rates
A short description, size, view, beds, amenities and a base rate per room type. We help with the copy.
How you take bookings
Request form, embedded booking engine or channel manager — chosen by room count and your channels.
Languages and markets
Which countries your guests come from — this sets the default languages and currency.
Key advantages
Direct bookings with no commission — the guest pays you, not Booking.com
You show up for "hotel in [city]" — Hotel schema and local SEO from the start
Fast on mobile — most bookings happen on the move
Ready before the season starts — we plan the deadline backwards from when you need it
Bookings — the options
There are three ways the site can take bookings. The cheapest is a request form — the guest sends an enquiry, you confirm manually; no monthly fee. The second is embedding a third-party booking engine or channel manager (SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, Beds24) — it syncs every channel, but the subscription is paid to that provider. The third is a direct booking engine with online payment, which we build for hotels where direct bookings are already a meaningful share.
For a hotel of up to 20 rooms we usually start with a request form or a lightweight booking engine and upgrade once volume justifies it.
A hotel site only delivers value if it delivers direct bookings. So we don't build a brochure — we build a tool that cuts commission dependency. An extra language is +€180, and post-launch maintenance starts at €150/month.

Yes. Three options: a request form with no monthly fee, an embedded third-party booking engine (subscription paid to the provider), or a full direct booking with online payment. We choose together based on your volume.
Yes — BG + EN as standard, often DE and RU too. Each additional language is +€180 and includes translation of the core content. For resort hotels we also add Czech, Romanian, Greek or Serbian on request.
2–4 weeks depending on the package and how quickly we get photos and copy. For hotels we plan the deadline backwards from the date the site must be live before the season.
Every hotel site launches with technical SEO in place and a Google Business Profile set up, so you appear on the map and for name and location searches. A full SEO campaign is a separate service (SEO + Maintenance).
No. The whole process runs online — a video call, a shared document, a test link before launch. If you're in the region and want to meet in person, we'll arrange it.
