If you run a hotel, guest house or restaurant on the coast, a website for a tourism business in Burgas has requirements a city company brochure does not. Seasonality, bookings from a mobile phone and heavy photo galleries decide how it should be built and when it needs to be ready. Here is what to check before you order one.

Seasonality sets the deadline

For a hotel or restaurant, the project has to start early enough to be online before summer begins, not midway through it. Plan backwards from the date the site must be live — not from the date you sign. We've worked with hotels along the Southern Black Sea coast and restaurants in central Burgas, and a missed pre-season window costs a whole year.

Bookings come from a phone

Most enquiries for coastal businesses come from mobile devices — often from the beach or while travelling. The booking form and the call button have to be visible without scrolling on a phone, not buried in the footer.

Galleries must not slow the site

Beach and interior photos make a page heavy fast. Images need to be compressed and lazy-loaded so the site opens quickly even on a weak summer mobile network.

Hotel or restaurant — different sites

Hotels and guest houses usually need online booking, an availability calendar and often multiple languages for foreign guests (see hotel website). Restaurants need an easily updated menu, photos of the venue and a table booking form (restaurant website). Forcing both into one template rarely works well.

Realistic price

A basic website for a Burgas tourism business typically costs €500–€3,000 depending on pages and languages. A hotel with online booking and dynamic pricing costs more because of the integrations. See the full breakdown by site type in our 2026 website pricing article.

Next step

Already have a site that isn't bringing in bookings? Before a redesign we review the existing one — often the cause is slow loading or no booking form visible on mobile. Get in touch for an assessment.
