Existing hardware
Which MikroTik routers or switches you have. We recommend new models if existing ones aren't a fit.
Network topology
User count, locations, required VPN tunnels. Send a diagram if you have one — otherwise we draw it on site.
Device access
Admin password or physical access. We can also work remotely via WinBox / SSH.

MikroTik isn't plug-and-play — but in the right hands it gives control and capabilities consumer routers can't match. We configure everything and leave documentation, so the network just runs quietly in the background.
Depends on the load. For a small office up to 20 users — hAP ax² (€80). For a mid-size office / restaurant — CCR2004 or CCR2116 (€400-700). For a hotel — CCR2216 with additional access points. We recommend a precise model after a short call.
Yes — site-to-site VPN with IPsec or WireGuard. The two offices behave as one local network; files and applications are shared transparently. Configuration takes 2-3 hours.
Via VLAN segmentation. Guests get a separate network with no access to the office. We can also enforce speed limits, session time and a branded captive portal.
