Home - How we workEvery project goes through the same six steps. Before we start development, you have an approved mockup, a fixed price and a clear timeline with payment milestones. We work under a contract.

Enquiry and free consultation
You tell us about the business and the goal of the site. In a 20–30 minute call (in person, by phone or video) we define the scope and whether we are the right provider for you at all.

A fixed-price quote
You receive a written quote: a list of pages and features, what is in and what is not, a timeline with milestones and payment points. The price is fixed — it does not change along the way unless you expand the scope.

Design for approval
We produce a mockup of the key pages. We revise it until you approve it. Development starts only after a written "yes" on the design — so there are no surprises when it goes live.

Development
We build the site on a staging URL you can see at any time. Baseline SEO (meta tags, structured data, sitemap, speed, Core Web Vitals), responsive design for phone and integration with Google Analytics 4 and Search Console are part of the work, not extras.

Testing and launch
We go through a checklist — forms, payments, mobile view, speed, links. We launch on your domain and hosting, registered in your name. We hand over all access and a short training on editing content yourself.

Warranty and maintenance
For the first 30 days after launch we fix any defect for free. After that you can move to monthly maintenance (updates, backups, monitoring, SEO) or take over the site yourself with full documentation.
Timelines
- Business / brochure site: 2–4 weeks
- Niche site with an enquiry form (hotel, restaurant, guest house, clinic): 3–5 weeks
- WooCommerce online store: 4–8 weeks depending on product count and integrations
- Custom application: from 8 weeks, after a short discovery phase
The most common cause of delay is content (copy and photos). If it is ready at the start, we keep to the timeline above.

- A short description of the business, the target customers and the goal of the site
- Copy and photos — or a budget for copywriting and stock images from our side
- Access to the domain and hosting (or we are ready to register them in your name)
- One point of contact who approves the milestones
- Examples of sites you like and dislike
